Countywide professional home inspection is owned and operated by Lou Voss. He is ASHI/AHIT certified, fully insured and bonded. Lou has met the rigorous requirements to be a provider of the ASHI experience that provides the highest technical skills with superior customer service.

Countywide offers a 90 day limited warranty for the buyer from the date of inspection. His reporst are computerized with photos. He also offers Radon inspections and coordinates termite inspections with reputable companies. The rates are reasonable and he will accept payment at closing.
